The apartment is placed on the ground floor. Its surface is 100 m2. It has two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom ,  one triple bedroom that also has a bathroom (they all have showers) and each bedroom has its own AC. There is also a washing mashine, an iron and a hair dryer. There is a hall, a living room with a kitchen, there is a double bed, and a veranda. The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishes, coffee mashine, microwave, toaster, etc.). In the living room there is air-conditioning and  SAT TV.  In front of the house there is a big terrace with a barbecue, a swing and dining tables. The car park is private.
